Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Pick up will be in Mansfield, Texas. Please call 817-313-8023 to make arrangements.

If you need your custom order sooner than the standard turnaround time, the following rush fees apply:

Next-day delivery: $50
Two-day delivery: $35
Three-day delivery: $20

Shipping is available based on weight. If local, we are happy to schedule a meet up for pick up.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on custom items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours so we can promptly address the issue. The original defective item must be returned and or a picture sent, before a replacement is issued.
