Purpose of Call
This call is for customers who want one custom product created (not tied to a large event).
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of an estimation between $30-50 is required after the consultation to begin production. Final cost can be estimated after consulting call.
Timeline & Rush Orders
- Standard single product orders take about 1–2 weeks to complete.
- Rush Orders: A 1-week rush option is available with an additional 20% fee, with the deposit due immediately to start production.
Delivery Options
- Free Pickup within a scheduled time & reasonable distance.
- Shipping at customer’s cost. (USPS Estimated at Checkout)
